Eligibility & your account
- 16+ only. You must be at least 16 to use Pavilla. We may remove accounts that don't meet this.
- Real, accurate details. Your name, email, phone, and photos must be yours and not misleading.
- Your account, your responsibility. Keep your login private and get help fast if someone else accesses it.
Your profile & content
- What you share. Your profile may show your name, age, department, level, gender, height, state of origin, what you're looking for, religion, bio, interests, and photos.
- How photos appear. Photos may be used as your display picture and on discovery and profile cards in the app.
- Keep it lawful and yours. No impersonation, stolen photos, or harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
Connecting & messaging
- Connect first. Full chat opens once two people connect (a mutual Pav). Chats are text and emoji only.
- Contact controls. Your settings and safety filters can limit who is able to reach you.
- Echo links. Links you share let others message you — you decide where you share them.
Safety, conduct & moderation
- Be respectful. No harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, blackmail, or unwanted contact.
- No harmful content. No sexual, exploitative, violent, illegal, or fraudulent material.
- Respect boundaries. Honour others' privacy choices, and never bypass restrictions or misuse system tools.
- Block & report. You can block or report anyone. We review reports and may warn, limit, suspend, or remove accounts.
Data & privacy
- How we use your data. Your profile, interests, and activity power discovery, matching, messaging, and notifications.
- Visibility. Your profile is shown for discovery based on your privacy settings. People you block can't see you.
- Where it lives. Account and message data are stored on our server; some settings stay on your device.
- Your control. You can edit, export, or delete your data from the app or through support.

Payments & WhatsApp reveals
- Pro is optional. Pav Packs, Reveal Credits, and Pavilla Plus are extras — the app works without them. Plus is a 7-day plan and does not auto-renew.
- Secure payments. Payments go through Paystack. We never store your card details.
- No refunds. All purchases are final. For a payment taken in error, contact support with your Paystack reference.
- Reveals use your number. Reveals share the WhatsApp number you registered. Register your real, working number — Pavilla isn't liable if you entered a wrong or inactive one.
Changes
- Updates. We may update these terms. Continuing to use Pavilla means you accept the current version.
